Apple just launched the new 2020 iPad Air. It's basically like the smaller iPad Pro, but doesn't have Face ID (it has Touch ID on the off-on button) and it doesn't have ProMotion (a 120 Hz refresh rate). What is better is the A14 processor (the current iPad Pro has the older A12Z). It also has a bit of a thicker bezel. Anyway, here are the new 2020 iPad Air prices in Taiwan:
iPad Air (10.9", 6 color options)
64GB: 18,900 NTD
256GB: 23,900 NTD
As a comparison, here are the prices for the smaller iPad Pro (11", 2 color options)
128GB: 25,900 NTD
256GB: 29,400 NTD
512GB: 36,400 NTD
1TB: 43,400 NTD
You can go here to check out Apple Taiwan's buy page for more details. The iPad Air is definitely a much better iPad than the smaller iPad Pro, so I expect Apple to update the latter very soon, otherwise it makes no sense.
