Nikon Taiwan just published some amazing full resolution photos taken with the Z7 and the new Nikon Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S lens, from portraits to landscapes all the way to family snaps. The pictures look amazing in their full 45 mpxl glory (just click on them and they will open up in a new tab). This is probably one of the best full frame zoom lenses ever made. The image quality is ridiculous.
A screen grab from the Nikon Taiwan post.
Z7II is probably my next camera and what will get me shooting Nikon MILC. The first gen just lacked a couple of features that are important to me. Excited to own this lens, too, when I can eventually afford it...
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting to see how the Z6 II will look like. My D810 with 36 mpxl is a plenty for me, I don't need more resolution. I'd rather have a good hybrid camera with 24 mpxls, and I don't want to pay too much for that. So maybe I will opt for the Z6 or Z5, if the Z6 II isn't that much better. In any way I will wait for next year to catch some promotions. I bought the D810 when the D850 was announced, I always try to upgrade at such transitions to not overpay. Great times for Nikon shooters.
DeleteI would love to have this lens, but unfortunately it's way above my budget. Maybe one day...
